Everything was great! Dayea was so sweet and professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she recreated it perfectly! I have hyperhidrosis and usually feel embarrassed at nail salons, but she made me feel completely comfortable and reassured me that it wasn't a problem. I have been to this nail salon several times, but their appointment system is very unreliable. I can understand if a scheduling mistake happens once, but when it happens repeatedly, it’s unacceptable. This is a customer service business, and making customers wait because of appointment errors is simply not okay. If they make an appointment with a customer, they should take responsibility for managing it properly. At the very least, they should confirm appointments in advance if there is any confusion. Customers shouldn’t have to waste their time because of poor scheduling. Unfortunately, this experience has happened more than once, and it’s very disappointing. I hope they improve their appointment system and respect their customers’ time.
I'm not someone who gets my nails done often, but Ms. Lee made me want to come back regularly for the first time. Thank you so much, Ms. Lee! The salon was very clean and welcoming. I had a hard time choosing a nail color because there were so many beautiful options, but the staff was incredibly patient and helpful, making it easy for me to find the perfect color. I'm very happy with both the service and the results. I highly recommend this salon!
